SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Warranties

• We offer a warranty on all goods sold which will be the manufacturers warranty.

• We are unable to give a warranty on damaged or misused goods.

• Please read installation & warranty literature prior to the use of new equipment where applicable.
• Failure to do this may void warranties in some circumstances.
  

Return Policy

• We will endeavor to replace damaged or faulty goods within 30 days.
• The customers responsibility to check goods on arrival for both any damage caused via delivery and complete fulfillment of order.
• Damaged or incomplete orders should not be signed for. Signing for goods acknowledges receipt of goods in good condition. Any incomplete contents should be reported to Anthony Pools within 24 hours via email or phone.
• We will send the replacement goods only when the damaged goods is returned.
• Refund do not apply to goods incorrectly ordered or change of mind.
• Charges on returned goods will incur a re-stocking fee of and deductions for freight charges.
• A restocking fee & deductions for freight charge is 30% of the purchase price will be charge.
  

Shipping costs & delivery Times

• Free Delivery within Sydney Metropolitan area for orders over $ 50.00
• A charge will apply for orders under $ 50.00 in the Sydney Metropolitan area.
• Our standard delivery time are up to 3-7 days from initial order and payment.
